Just go to your download center. The latest versions of everything you've ever purchased are there waiting for you.
With a single software license, you can install on up to two computers at one time, as long as you are the sole user — your home computer and your office computer, all with one purchase.
Uninstall any trial versions first, then reboot your computer. Go to your Download Center and install the registered version — the filename ends with an "R" to mark it as registered.
Go to your Download Center to recover any software you've purchased or to download free upgrades. If you need help signing in, email helpme@coffeecup.com or use the Forgot Password link.
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx — as well as PayPal. For purchase orders from companies or schools, please contact our sales office directly.
That charge is a preauthorized hold — since the order was declined, it will not post. The hold will drop according to your bank's policy. Contact your card issuer to confirm when it will be released.
Log into your account and go to Orders & Downloads. Your full purchase history and receipts are all there.
